* 1. SHAPE UP:
both physically, mentally and in your attitudes.
Our habits lead to our results.
Start by changing your heart,
to change your thoughts,
to modify your behaviors,
to influence your habits,
to shape your FUTURE! (TAO)
* 2. EXERCISE:
to live with health and disposition!
Anything looks good on you (clothing) if you look good!
Naturally when you look good… you feel good.
200 sit-ups on the Pilates ball,
30 push-ups and
18 min running (2 Miles)
daily take average only 30 minutes of your time and
guarantee you the body below so…
no excuse!
* 3. REGULATE WHAT YOU EAT:
Breakfast:
Chopped fruits (papaya, banana, strawberry, melon, pineapple, etc.)
and oatmeal
Lunch:
ALWAYS eat more than half of your plate full of salad 2/4 (50% ),
(25%) 1/4 of rice/beans/vegetables/others,
1/4 25% meat (replace with soya-meat if vegetarian)
Dinner:
Half Slice of grains-bread with
1 banana and 1 Fruit (1 apple and 1 banana)
Control your cravings for sweets and eating out of meal hours.
If you're hungry, eat some fruits and drink tons of water with lemon! =
You will naturally lose weight and stay healthy.
* 4. DRINK WATER EVERY DAY:
Here is the secret: Buy a bundle of
6 bottles of sparkling water 2 liters ($1dollar each) and 6 lemons ($2dollars).
$8dollars per week / $32 month.
Squeeze 2 lemons into the first bottle and mix. Take one bottle a day, every week.
DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.
Drink with the food to fill the stomach. Drink all the time.
Leave Sunday free, in case you want to drink something different.
You strengthen your immunity, drink something that does not put on weight, nor does it hurt and in addition, you take “a gift”:
that little taste of "cracked aahhhhhh" whenever you open the bottle and drink it cold! Like Soda! Delicious!!
(if you want to save money, replace it with plain water but I already warn you: you will lose the gift lol!)
* 5. CULTIVATE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS:
Father, mother, wife, husband, sons, daughters, brothers, cousins, uncles, nephews, family first.
Along with them: friends (who are the family we choose),
then coworkers, neighbors, acquaintances, and colleagues in general
and obviously the society as a whole.
Cultivate them!.
Do not give in to the temptation to always want to be right or to argue.
Be appreciative and always grateful.
Enjoy time together in peace, love, and harmony,
always remembering important dates and valuing people.
Never forget that not everyone will be around forever so...
every minute counts.
* 6. READ AND LEARN CEASELESSLY:
Books, Magazines, Internet, Courses...
... today you can find almost everything online...
... and much for free!
Use part of your time productively to:
acquire, expand, and
Share knowledge.
Only in this way we can grow as people and...
acquire wisdom.
* 7. CREATING MONEY:
Having financial stability brings peace of mind.
It allows you to take care of yourself and your family,
acquire material goods,
not to be constantly concerned with uncertainties and lack of funds.
This way is very important to learn:
not only to WORK FOR MONEY but to
"CREATE” money by making money work for you.
Having also a PASSIVE INCOME.
To do this, learn about investments,
invest 1/3 of everything you earn with discipline,
avoid spending on superfluous things,
and live frugally.
You will achieve wealth!
P.S. I´ve lost 50 pounds (235lb to 185lb) in 3 months doing rigorously the above (April-June 2020)
