Isso ocorre porque há muitos padrões no mercado. Existe uma equivalência aproximada entre elas, mas as usuais estão em Polegadas Inglesas x BWG, JP x LPP e ainda o padrão métrico oficial, mm x mm. The primary cause of your unhappiness is  never  the situation but your own thoughts about it. Most people do 4 hours workout in one day & then take a 7-day break. Following the same pattern & then quit workout after 1 month because they’re not getting any result. Consistency is better than intensity. Competition & comparison  hinder  your potential.
