Ontem tive a oportunidade unica de visitar o Parque do Café na Colombia! Que visita fantastica e que experiencia magnifica passar por uma extensão tão grande de terra com tantas atrações para os turistas e os residentes locais. O melhor de tudo, poder acordar e escrever ao gosto de café, é realmente indescritivel.

Muito interessante pessoal, jamais imaginei como se media isso! abraços, Ivan Saiba o que significa um prego 17 x 27. A nomenclatura dos pregos é algo bastante desconhecido da maioria das pessoas. Isso ocorre porque há muitos padrões no mercado. Existe uma equivalência aproximada entre elas, mas as usuais estão em Polegadas Inglesas x BWG, JP x LPP e ainda o padrão métrico oficial, mm x mm. Entenda o que significam estas siglas: Polegadas Inglesas: multiplique o número correspondente por 25,4 para ter o comprimento em mm. BWG (Birmingham Wire Gauge) e JP (Jauge de Paris): são tabelas próprias que indicam o diâmetro do prego. LPP (Linhas Por Polegadas Portuguesas): multiplique o número correspondente por 2,3 para ter o comprimento em mm.   You over-consume information ( cat  videos on YouTube) when you’re avoiding something. When you want to distract yourself from all your responsibilities & the things that you need to do at the moment. The primary cause of your unhappiness is  never  the situation but your own thoughts about it. Most people do 4 hours workout in one day & then take a 7-day break. Following the same pattern & then quit workout after 1 month because they’re not getting any result. Consistency is better than intensity. Competition & comparison  hinder  your potential. Let say two kids are in the race and competing with each other & one kid wins the race. Maybe the boy (who wins) has the potential of flying but because of competition, he only does a little better than somebody else.
