A 5 year old girl, used to go out every evening with her father, to a children's park next to her house.

She was always fascinated by the beauty of the Hibiscus flower. She always used to hold the flower in her hand while playing, running, riding swings.

The cute little one, made sure, no matter what she does, she never let the hibiscus off her hold.

When the daughter grew 6, her dad got her a beautiful pink cycle, which made her eyes shine and excited to ride it.

She tried riding the cycle in the park, with hibiscus in her hand, but she couldn't hold the handle properly and fell every time, she tried.

Just then, she left those flowers and tried riding the cycle.

And as it comes out, she rode the cycle perfectly and it gave her the most beautiful smile on her face.

Ever since, she started enjoying riding the cycle and didn't think about the hibiscus anymore.

I read this story some time ago and find it quite relatable.

A lot of times we try to hold on to experiences and memories, be it good or bad,

Sometimes, there are people we just can't let go from our life no matter how bad they are for us.

Those people, memories and experiences keep us from improving, from being a better version of ourself.

But it's when we let go of the past, we can truly embrace our present and strive for the future.

So, the best way to improve your life…

Learn to let go of the past.

  The Oldest known musical melody performed by the very talented Michael Levy on the Lyre. This ancient musical fragment dates back to 1400 B.C.E. and was discovered in the 1950's in Ugarit, Syria. Isso ocorre porque há muitos padrões no mercado. Existe uma equivalência aproximada entre elas, mas as usuais estão em Polegadas Inglesas x BWG, JP x LPP e ainda o padrão métrico oficial, mm x mm. One day the Buddha came across an ascetic who was sitting by a river bank. This ascetic was known for his spiritual practice of austerity for good 25 years. The Buddha asked the ascetic, given all his hard work and labor, what he had received as a reward. The man replied with pride that, he was able to cross the river by walking on the water. The Buddha pointed in the direction of the ferry, indicating that the gain of the man was insignificant. He could, after all, cross the river for just one penny by using a ferry!
