Truths of Life by Hina Anser

You over-consume information ( cat  videos on YouTube) when you’re avoiding something. When you want to distract yourself from all your responsibilities & the things that you need to do at the moment. The primary cause of your unhappiness is  never  the situation but your own thoughts about it. Most people do 4 hours workout in one day & then take a 7-day break. Following the same pattern & then quit workout after 1 month because they’re not getting any result. Consistency is better than intensity. Competition & comparison  hinder  your potential. Let say two kids are in the race and competing with each other & one kid wins the race. The stories you tell yourself to define and limit you, but you have the power to change that story. First, you have to become aware of the stories you’re telling yourself in you...

Milton Hershey

IF there was ever a man who was wealthy, but was an even greater human being…..it would be Milton Hershey. Google him, but I am sure the story does not tell his whole story. He built a series of “McMansions” for his executives, right across the street from the factory and his executive were on call 24/7 if any trouble developed in the factory. Milton Hershey build an amusement park, a stadium, and their candy making museum in Hershey. When he and his wife were in Italy on holiday they stayed in an Italian villa that his wife fell in love with. So Milton Hershey had an architect design and build a similar large villa (I...
