When you want to distract yourself from all your responsibilities & the things that you need to do at the moment. The primary cause of your unhappiness is  never  the situation but your own thoughts about it. Most people do 4 hours workout in one day & then take a 7-day break. Following the same pattern & then quit workout after 1 month because they’re not getting any result. Consistency is better than intensity. Competition & comparison  hinder  your potential.
